  1. Order placed

Every order and message lands in one list.

Orders arrive from your storefront, Shopify or WooCommerce, or get typed in from a call. Customers write on Instagram, email, WhatsApp or live chat. Whoever picks it up sees one thread with that customer's orders beside it.

Your shop gets an email address on day one, free for 100 emails a day and 3,000 a month.

Common questions

Do I have to move my store?

No. Connect Shopify or WooCommerce and keep selling there; Commstate handles the orders, messages, shipping and books behind it. The built-in storefront is there if you want it.

What does the assistant do?

It reads what you ask, works out the steps, shows them to you as a card, and does them after you tap Confirm. It never sends a message or moves money on its own, and everything it does is in the activity log with your name on it.

Is my data separate from other shops?

Each shop has its own database. Your team sees only your shop, and a network owner sees only the shops in their network.

Can my accountant use it?

The books follow double-entry rules and the GST report is export-ready. Sync to Zoho Books is built in, and a plain export works for anyone else.

Is the WhatsApp official?

Yes. Commstate uses the WhatsApp Business API from Meta. Your number is verified in your own name, and a campaign only goes to people who agreed to hear from you.

What happens after the trial?

Pick a plan and carry on, or do nothing and your shop goes read-only. Your data stays, and you can export it any time.
